Our Agreement
This Agreement is between the Permanent Endowment Fund and You as Contributer
to The Fund. Please read it very carefully and ensure you understand its
terms and conditions before you join.
1. Please ensure that joining the Fund is legal in your state or country.
2. The Fund does not guarantees that time travel will become a reality, even though we believe it will one day be possible.
3. Your $375 USD investment will be used as follows: 50% into the Time Travel Ticket Fund, 20% Administration to costs, 30% to Natural Earth Global Healing projects.
4. The monies will be held in trust at a top 4 Australian Bank.
5. The database will be online in the form of your Time Travel Web Page and backed up and maintained off line.
6. Once you have joined, you will be contacted with requirement details: email up to 12 Photos and accompanying text (up to 1,000 words). We will update your details once a year only. After that a fee will be imposed, depending on the work you require.
7. As technology improves, the backups will be kept on the latest and most
durable media format. We will make every reasonable effort to insure the
data survives into the future where it can be used.
8. There is no time limit to how long the Fund will exist. It may take five
hundred years, or it may take one thousand years or more for the technology
to become viable. It also may be possible that the technology will never
become viable. But the Fund will exist intact for a minimum of 500 years.
9. Although every effort will be made to locate your descendants, you are
responsible for notifying your next of kin about this project. Please ensure
you include a reference to thePermanent.com with your Web Page link to your
descendants.
10. The point in time when either your descendants will visit you or you
may be retrieved is entirely up to the people at the other end of the time
scale. If you have a special request, please add it to your Legacy Web Page.
11. The Fund will never sell or distribute your personal information.
12. You are responsible for the material you put on your Legacy web Page- though defamatory or explicit material will not be permitted.
13. Along with your certificate, you will receive suggestions your Time
Travel Web Page. Should we see a need for additional information, we will
contact you by your last known e-mail address. Please keep us updated if
you change your email address or other details. At no point are you required
to give us this information, but not giving it could result in a reduced
chance of success for you in this project.
14. The money from your membership fee that is put into the Fund, and the
interest it earns, belongs to the Fund. Your percentage will be allocated
to you or your descendant in the future in the event of success of our goal.
You or your heirs may not request the money back just because you decide
you no longer want to participate, or your heirs decide they see a quick
way of getting some cash. The money is for your benefit, not theirs.
15. Should you decide you no longer wish to participate in the fund, the
percentage taken from your membership fee, and interest it has earned will
be moved over to the administrative fund as described above. This Fund is
not refundable.
16. The conditions of the Fund and this agreement are subject to change
at any time, without advanced notice. Should changes be necessary due to
law, improvements in the Fund, or any other requirements, we will make an
effort to notify you by e-mail, plus any changes will be posted on the website.
In all cases, we will strive to insure the integrity and goals of the Fund
remain intact.
17. The Fund itself is a non-profit Fund and a separate legal entity from
the Natural Earth Global Healing entity. All money invested for the purposes
of the Time Travel Ticket Fund will be for your ultimate benefit and will
a totally separate non-profit entity.
18. We are currently accepting payments thru PayPal only, to reduce costs
and overhead. If you do not have an account with PayPal, then it is easy
to join if you wish, or you can use your credit card there too! PayPal also
allows you to use your credit card, if you do not wish to have an account
with them.
19. Once again, there are no guarantees this will work. If you do not agree
fully with the statements made above, then by all means, decline.
